Piero Golia, The End, 2020

Piero Golia was born in 1974 in Naples, Italy and is currently living and working in Los Angeles, California. He most recently had solo exhibitions Nasher Sculpture Center in Texas, Gagosian Gallery in Italy, and Bortolami Gallery in New York. François’ work was included in Venice’s 55th Venice Biennale in 2013 and shown in various institutions including Hammer Museum in California, Museum of Contemporary Art in California, Stedelijk Museum in Amsterdam, and Moscow Biennale of Contemporary Art among many others. He founded the Los Angeles-based Mountain School of Arts with Eric Wesley in 2005.
